The name "Gertrud" comes from two strong women in the families of our founders. Gertrud is memorable, brings a smile, and was perfect for staying in people's minds. Now, we need a brand that immediately conveys what our core business is—Board Management & Modern Governance. "Boardwise" is memorable and direct.

Internationalisation

Many of our clients operate globally and are increasingly integrating more locations. Our solution is also gaining importance internationally. Boardwise is easily understood worldwide and sets the right accents.

What changes for you?

E-Mail-Adresses

From August 31st, we will be reachable under our new email address ending in @boardwise.io. Our existing email addresses will still be active, and you can reach us at both the new and the old ones.‍

Logo

Starting August 31, the new logo will also appear in the product, as well as already here on the website. Everything else remains the same. The company name Gertrud digital GmbH will remain unchanged.

Our mission to organize Board Management as efficiently and optimally as possible remains unchanged. You can continue to rely on our reliable cooperation and excellent service.
